Are you looking for the option to order online by prepayment or on account? Offering these payment methods would involve a considerable amount of extra work for us and (in the case of sales on account) a risk of loss that we as a small business cannot bear. For this reason, we generally do not offer these payment methods.
However, if you are unable to use any of the online payment methods listed above, we can offer you purchasing with prepayment on request. Please contact us by e-mail and tell us your desired fabrics / items. We will send you a (Swiss banking) QR payment slip or our account details for a manual payment. The shipment will then take place as soon as we have received the payment.
Shipping
From an order value of CHF 150.- we send your order free of charge (Economy)!
We ship with Swiss Post. We will dispatch your order within a maximum of two working days. Most of the time, however, we are faster than that. You can choose from the following shipping methods:
- CHF 7.- Economy 2-3 working days
- CHF 10.- Priority 1-2 working days
Very small deliveries in Switzerland that fit in a letter are automatically charged with only 2.- at checkout.
Shipping to Europe costs CHF 27.-.
Shipping to the rest of world starts at CHF 45.- (depending on the weight of the package).
When shipping abroad you may be charged with additional fees by your country's customs office.
You can also pick up your order from our store in Berne.
